Technology
The Modern KAGER timber framework combines beautiful timber construction with large glass elements, offering both style and practicality.
Our timber structure is made from high-quality laminated wood (glulam), which we use for both the detailed gable designs and the outer walls. These wooden parts are carefully connected in a traditional carpentry style, using stainless steel bolts and fasteners to ensure strength and durability.
We choose glued laminated timber for the exterior and interior walls because it's very stable, strong, and resistant to fire. It also has great thermal and sound insulation properties, making it a natural and high-quality building material. Since wood is a natural material, small cracks may appear, but this is normal and not considered a defect.
The OPTIMA system is engineered to provide an optimal mix of construction elements, combining top-quality materials to achieve high energy efficiency in our homes while keeping costs low.
The house features breathable materials, allowing vapor to escape and providing excellent thermal insulation, ensuring optimal thermal protection for this low-energy home.
The BIO system is engineered to provide an optimal mix of construction elements, combining top-quality materials to achieve high energy efficiency in our homes while keeping costs low.

The technology VITA NOVA features glass walls, designed to create a modern and open living space. These large glass panels allow for stunning views and a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors, bringing in natural light and a sense of spaciousness. The glass walls not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the home but also offer excellent insulation, making your living space both beautiful and energy-efficient. With VITA NOVA glass walls, you can enjoy a bright, open atmosphere while maintaining comfort and energy savings throughout the year.
In our VITA NOVA Edition, the skeleton structure is made of laminated wood with fixed glass (UG=0.5W/m²K) for excellent insulation. Inside, the wooden beams are painted in a solid color that you can select from the KAGER color chart. Outside, the vertical wooden parts are covered with wood paneling, and there are built-in guides for blinds. You can choose the color for these features based on standard options or customize it to your preference. This framework offers a strong, stylish, and energy-efficient solution for modern homes.
